If you are a spiritual seeker who's passionate about having unforgettable experiences and yearning for a deeper spiritual connection, we encourage you to explore our previous retreat and then join us in Costa Rica, where you'll experience the journey of ceremony, cultivate your own retreat experience with options to surf and go horseback riding, ATV with us through the jungle, all while gaining the insight of embodiment and integration practices that awaken your senses but also create a profound sense of self awareness, authenticity, and joy.

We deepened our divinity making food, creating art, two nights of ceremony and swam in the stunning turquoise beaches of Limestone Bay and Honeymoon Beach.

Meet Your Guides
Alternative Medicine Facilitator
Chelsea, our co-host, alternative medicine facilitator and spiritual growth catalyst guides you through transformative processes that promote empowerment, expansion of consciousness, and integration of all aspects of self.
Yoga, Meditation & Embodiment Expert
Holly Nicole, our co-host, yoga teacher, and meditation guide, leads sessions that calm the mind and spirit, utilizing her extensive mental health education, creating space for psychedelics integration, embodiment, and recovery.
Chelsea Goguen and Holly Nicole are the founders of The Waking Dream. Chelsea is a seasoned and highly trained facilitator of journeys with over a decade of experience, she’s helped individuals reconnect with their inner truth, heal from past traumas, and embrace life with more passion and purpose. Holly is an expert yoga teacher and an Advanced Yoga Nidra Professional with more than two decades of mental health experience in education and social work.
Both Chelsea and Holly are well versed in psychedelic integration practices, a primary mission of The Waking Dream. To offer spaces where the before and aftercare are just as, if not more important than the journey itself. Their vision is to provide safe containers for processing deep inner work, so that participants are more equipped to integrate what they've experienced into their daily lives. As spiritual colleagues, they have the foundational wisdom, unwavering presence, instinctual healing skills, and grounding energy that create their capacity to hold safe containers for profoundly transformative and integrative healing processes.
